At Sopraa, we care about your satisfaction. Below is our policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To cancel, please email us immediately at hello@sopraa.com with your order number.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:
You received a wrong product/model.
The item is damaged or defective on arrival.
There is a manufacturing defect.
Return Conditions:
Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, wrong model ordered, or dislike of color.

A clear photo of the product
Reason for return
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed:
After we receive and inspect the returned item
Only if the product meets our return conditions
Refund Options:
Original payment method (within 5–7 business days after approval)
Or store credit for faster future shopping
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
If you received a wrong or defective product, we will:
Send a replacement at no extra cost, OR
Provide a refund if the item is out of stock
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
Custom or personalized orders
Items without original packaging
