We deliver pan India and most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Expected delivery times:

Yes! Delivery is completely free on all orders across India — no minimum order value. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout for your convenience.

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at hello@sopraa.com or calling +91 81307 46524. Once the order is dispatched, modifications are not possible. Please double-check your phone model before ordering!

Each product page clearly lists compatible iPhone models. Simply select your model from the dropdown before adding to cart. We cover iPhone 12 all the way to iPhone 17 Pro Max. If you're unsure which iPhone you have, check Settings → General → About → Model Name.

Our clear cases are made from anti-yellowing TPU with UV stabilizers. Under normal use, they stay crystal clear significantly longer than standard clear cases. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure to extend the life of your case further.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
Damaged or defective on arrival
Incorrect item received
Wrong phone model sent

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. For UPI & bank transfers, it typically arrives within 3–5 days. For credit/debit cards, it may take up to 7 days depending on your bank.
Exchanges are possible only if we sent you the wrong item or a defective product. Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges for change-of-mind or wrong model selected by customer. Please verify your phone model before ordering — we provide a full model guide on every product page.
